​Shelly Shepherd, Mission Shaper
Shelly is passionate about mission, vision and purpose. Growing people, teams and organizations is at her core. Believing that each person was created with a 'reason for being' she has set her focus on creating ways to assist individuals, teams and organizations to discover and build on their values, vision and purpose.
Shelly has served businesses, education, government and denominations in growing people and teams for the past twenty years. She holds a Masters degree in Leadership from Fuller Seminary. Shelly developed and launched the Training and Development arm for best-selling author Laurie Beth Jones. Shelly has authored, created and developed brand programs for Training, Coaching and Building Teams. She consults with coaches, trainers and organizations throughout the US and International.
Shelly's passion is to use her gifts and talents to plan, develop and facilitate growth for teams and organizations. Her vision is to develop teams and leaders that live out their highest calling in the work they love and are called to perform.  Her most current project is moving the ‘Path Across America’ so that youth and college-bound students can know their purpose for work and life.
