Have you ever experienced it in your life when you can’t see to find a rhythm. The kind of rhythm in life that says all is working well, your mental game is on, you are feeling accomplished and confident. Some days I just feel off. Who is with me? I start to think about all the coaching of people and the coaching I have received when slumps happen, or that non syncing felling is present. And, all that pops into my head is to take action, move towards something. Honestly I was struggling to write this blog, I didn’t know which direction to go, I shut my computer a couple of times, placed my head on the desk and asked what is that you all need to hear today. I still didn’t have any direction, and then… An idea came to me, just be honest about where I am in this moment, and by the time you read this I will have felt accomplished and grateful for being able to spill a small part of myself onto this page. I wonder what are some things you may do to get that feeling off of you? Here are a couple of tips I’d like to share:
